Mary Ayuba

Mary Damilola Ayuba, fondly called The Multiwoman, is a Mental Health Literacy Advocate, an Award-winning
Speaker, Author and Trainer who specializes in using stories to reconstruct an correct everyday narratives and life experiences. She is passionate about women development and empowerment and this is evident in her works, volunteering and advocacy roles.

 

She started her career as an intern in Access Bank where she worked for 6 years before transitioning fully into.  Digital operations. Simultaneously, during the same period, she volunteered as a radio co-host at Unilag FM for about 4 years where she had the opportunity to interact with top executives, presidential aspirants and successful entrepreneurs in various fields. Over the years, Mary has blossomed graciously in her areas of gifting, qualifying her as a polymath in her own right.

 

Mary is the founder of the Multiwoman Network, an organization dedicated to empowering women through education, mentorship, and community building. Through the flagship program of her organization, The Multiwoman Conference, she has engaged, inspired and supported hundreds of young girls and women. She has served in various capacities where she has been saddled with the responsibility of working with and sharing her experiences to further amplify her commitment to support and development of women and
mental health. These include but not limited to;

Currently, Mary is the Vice President (Operations) of the Global Social Economic and Financial Evolution Network (GSFEN); and the pioneer of the Ruthless Results Squad – A result-oriented accountability community for high performers & busy professionals. In May 2024, she was appointed as the Director of Women Affairs and Development for the National Association of Nigerian Students – Turkish Zone.

She doubles as the Programs Manager & EA at Talk Mental Health Organization. She is a Mental Health crooner at Mentally Literate Africa where she says tips and resources that can help people take care of their mental Health.

 

She is the author of “Suffering & Smiling” (The Tale of a Lagos Bank Worker) and has been featured in several media houses including TVC Africa, Superscreen TV, Star FM and Unilag FM, among others. She is an Alumni of the SMILE social Innovators program, an Alumni of the Nirmala Chellarams Accelerator Program, a YALI fellow and Alumni and a professional Event Host & Panel Moderator.

At the moment, she is an International Student of Psychology in North Cyprus. She is happily married.
