Born and raised in Lagos, Ibukunoluwa’s journey of excellence began at Command Children School, Ikeja, and continued through Immaculate Heart Comprehensive School and Mayflower School, Ikenne-Remo. She obtained a degree in Public Administration from Babcock University in 2007 and further honed her expertise as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM).
Her professional career started in the insurance industry at Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc before transitioning into Human Resources (HR) in 2017. She currently serves as the HR Generalist Manager at Palm and Palm Company Limited, an Outsourcing & Logistics firm catering to a diverse range of businesses across Nigeria.
